Only reviews with written feedback will be fetched. EnjoyHQ will ignore any app ratings without reviews.
Time to pull in your app reviews by connecting to the App Store. Go to Integrations & Uploads in your Account Settings, and select App Store.
Add your iTunes URL , and EnjoyHQ will sync the reviews into your account.
Star Rating = Sentiment Score: EnjoyHQ uses the star rating of your reviews and turns it into a sentiment score for your documents!
⭐️ 4 & 5 star ratings = Positive
⭐️ 3 star ratings = Neutral
⭐️ 1 & 2 ratings = Negative
EnjoyHQ will need a few minutes to fetch all your data. Be patient, good things come to those who wait 🙂
Removing App Store
To remove an App Store Integration, simply click on the trashcan icon next to the name of the connected source. Once completed, data from the App Store will stop syncing. You will need to add the domain again in order to continue processing reviews.
Removing an integration does not delete already processed documents from your account. You will need to remove processed App Store documents from your account using the Batch Editing tool.
Make inactive
You can toggle when data from App Store into your account by making a source inactive. By doing this you do not have to delete the integration altogether.
