Playstore
Time to pull in your app reviews by connecting to the PlayStore. Go to Integrations in your Account Settings, and select PlayStore.
Add your PlayStore URL, for example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.l&hl=en_US , and EnjoyHQ will sync the reviews into your account.
⭐️ 4 & 5 star ratings = Positive
⭐️ 3 star ratings = Neutral
⭐️ 1 & 2 ratings = Negative
Supported countries and data availability
Historically Google review data is a tiny bit unreliable and not all feeds aren't always available. So availability will depend on the region and the language reviews you need.
PlayStore integration will by default fetch reviews from the following countries:
- USA
- UK
- France
- Canada
- Germany
- Australia
- India
- Indonesia
- Colombia
- Mexico
- Argentina
all reviews will be translated into English automatically. Reviews will also be available in French, Spanish and German too.

Removing PlayStore
To remove an PlayStore Integration, simply click on the trashcan icon next to the name of the connected source. Once completed, data from the PlayStore will stop syncing. You will need to add the domain again in order to continue processing reviews.
Make inactive
You can toggle when data from PlayStore into your account by making a source inactive. By doing this you do not have to delete the integration altogether.
